侵食(erosion)

社会に馴染んでいくことは、
徐々に自分から離れていく、
徐々に何かに侵されていく。
そんな感じがしてならない。

To fit in with society is to be gradually separated from oneself, gradually invaded by something.
I can't help but feel that way.
